KIDWORKS MARKETING PLAN || 2015


OBJECTIVE 

Identify areas for KidWorks to improve upon in order to more strategically achieve their mission and better serve the neighborhoods of central Santa Ana. 


BACKGROUND

A one-year marketing plan created for KidWorks, a non-profit organization in Santa Ana, California seeking to transform challenged neighborhoods in central Santa Ana through education, character formation, and personal development. This non-profit marketing project consists of both primary and secondary research, achieved through in-depth stakeholder interviews, client interviews, a marketing audit, and a fundraising audit. The results of the research include an in-depth analysis of the organization, both internally and externally, as well as custom internal, external, promotional, and fundraising strategies and recommendations to assist the organization in solving problems and better achieve their mission.
