INNOVATIONS DANCE ACADEMY RESEARCH REPORT || 2014
OBJECTIVE
Provide Innovations Dance Academy with valuable information concerning their customer's preferences, attitudes, and desires.
BACKGROUND
This semester-long, in-depth research analysis of Innovations Dance Academy identified and assessed marketing problems, as well as provided valuable information for the client concerning their customers' preferences, desires, and opinions of the dance studio. Research for this report was conducted primarily through in-depth interviews, one focus group, and self-created, client approved survey. Survey data was inputted, using Survey Pro, and processed to create helpful charts and tables for the client. Recommendations were then given to Innovations Dance Academy to implement. This project was done for an Orange County dance studio and all information, findings, and recommendations were presented to the owner of Innovations Dance Academy.

- Create and distribute a customer satisfaction survey
- Understand how to use Survey Pro 4.0 to create surveys, input survey responses, analyze report, and create cross tabulations with data
- Create marketing recommendations in response to the research and data received
- Combine all information into a customized marketing research report
